To boost the nutritional value of this guacamole recipe we have snuck in some organic super greens powder to add some additional nourishing qualities.
4 ripe avocados, pits & peels removed
1 tomato, diced
½ onion, diced
Juice from 1 lime
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 garlic clove, minced
1-2 Tsp Organic Super Greens Powder
½ Tsp fine sea salt
½ Tsp fine black pepper
1 Jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
Mash avocados and mix with remaining ingredients until well combined. Refrigerate for an hour prior to use to allow flavors to mingle. Adjust seasoning as desired - you can also increase the spice level if you are someone who enjoys that extra bite! This guacamole can be enjoyed with tortilla chips, fresh chopped vegetables, or on top of some yummy mexican inspired tacos - there are many ways to enjoy this!
