We try to reduce and reuse packaging as best as we can because everyone has to do their part for the environment.

Orders from New Zealand:

Shipping updates as of November 2025:

FREE SHIPPING to NZ for orders NZ$90+

Due to NZ domestic parcel costs, with shipping rates continuing to increase, our FREE SHIPPING threshold to New Zealand is NZ$90+. We send our orders out using NZ Post.

Within New Zealand, our standard shipping option is usually delivered in 1–3 working days.

Orders from Australia:

🌎 Shipping update: Due to recent changes and increases in international shipping costs, we are no longer able to offer free non-tracked shipping for lanolin sachets on international orders.

For Australia, our standard shipping option is usually delivered in 3–10 working days.

International Orders:

🌎 Shipping update: Due to recent changes and increases in international shipping costs, we are no longer able to offer free non-tracked shipping for lanolin sachets on international orders.

International sachet orders will now be sent using a tracked shipping service, with the applicable shipping fee calculated at checkout.

For all other products, we send orders using NZ Post and Aramex, with the standard shipping fee applying.

Internationally, our standard shipping option is usually delivered in 10–14 working days.
